We Worship Allah

We worship and Allah and we ask from Allah. But did you know that there are reports of Sahaba who did not go directly to Allah, or rely solely on Allah but used other people to help them in their duas? Does it mean that Sahaba are mushrikeen? It seems as just as it is allowed to go directly and ask Allah in your prayers, it is also allowed to use righteous people to strengthen the dua . So both are acceptable but people have to be aware of the limits. And it does not mean that you are obliged to use righteous people all the time.
